The Chivas Regal global Brand Marketing team is seeking a Brand Manager to develop the Chivas Regal brand in both Travel Retail and Off Trade channels while contributing to strategic direction and providing inspiring and engaging global 360 marketing platforms.

In the role of Brand Manager, you will be supporting the Marketing Manager on:
Defining the brand strategy for the Global Travel Retail Channel & suggest new initiatives with the purpose of driving volume, value market share and brand equity
Developing and implementing inspiring 360° marketing initiatives and toolkits to enhance the shopper experience in both Travel Retail & Off-Trade channels for Chivas masterbrand campaign, new Global Travel Retail exclusive products. Including, digital, Last3Feet visibility and activation)
Working in partnership with the wider Chivas Regal brand marketing team to amplify and adapt their marketing initiatives within the Global Travel Retail and Off-Trade channels
Refreshing key permanent merchandising assets in order to remain consistent with the new look and feel of the brand
Working tightly with innovation team and production team, in order to develop new references/VAPs identified as growth relays
Monitoring, assessing and optimising the brand’s commercial performance in the Global Travel Retail channel
Day-to-day contact with Global Travel Retail Marketing team
Our ideal Brand Manager will be working at Brand Manager level and will bring experience in brand management with a sound understanding and experience of the full mix of marketing disciplines. You will ideally have premium FMCG and/or drinks brand experience.
To successfully fulfil this role, you will have a commercially savvy mindset along with superb interpersonal skills to enable you to work in the multi-cultural environment of a global brand team and aid interaction with the Market companies. You will have a strategic thinking ability with proven analytical skills as well as strong planning and organisation skills. Good presentation skills are key along with the confidence to present to all levels of the organisation. You will be a team player, however a high level of self-motivation, energy and a bias for action are necessary. You will have an excellent attention to detail and be able to present deliverables of a high standard in a pressurised environment.
