If so, we’re looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to work across our Company-owned houses, Linn House and Craigduff, based in Keith, to ensure we’re providing the highest standards of customer service and comfort to enhance our guests’ experience. Our Company houses are used to host Trade, Education and Staff visits to Speyside.
In this role, you will welcome guests and act as a point of contact for them during their stay, as well as liaising with the Brand Ambassador team, who host the visits, to identify and manage the guests’ needs. You would work with the Hospitality team to ensure all interior and external environments are maintained. There is also an administration element to this role, in that you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the houses’ budgets to identify and control overhead costs, provide charging information to the Visit Co-ordination team, and manage on-site supplies. As well as ensuring that Health and Safety checks are carried out and records are updated. You will also be responsible for supervising the staff on site during your shift and arranging external catering suppliers as needed.
To succeed in the Hospitality Supervisor position, you will have previous experience working in the hospitality industry in a front of house team lead role, and be willing to go the extra mile for customers. You will have exceptional communication skills allowing you to work across all levels of the company and with our guests. You will also have great organisational skills and be adaptable to changing circumstances with short notice.
In this Hospitality Supervisor role, you will work on a shift basis, working 30 hours across the week, during the day, evenings and on the occasional weekend.
