A first in Royal Salute’s impressive legacy in the art of blending, the bold use of ultra-rare virgin Scottish oak casks offers a distinctive and extraordinary depth of flavour to the new blend. Expertly crafted by Royal Salute Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, who sourced and hand-selected the oak from a single, sustainably-managed forest in the heart of Scotland, the rich new blend artistically marries Royal Salute’s signature style with a unique cask finish. Matured for a remarkable 26 years, the final whisky offers a melody of sweet and nutty flavours, enriched with aromatic notes of toasted oak and subtle spices, leading to a long and rich finish.
Royal Salute has a unique heritage, first created in 1953 as a gift for the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. This legacy continues to be celebrated today and is the source of inspiration for the Royal Salute Kingdom Collection, a series of limited edition blends that are crafted to honour the majesty of Kingdoms around the world.

This limited edition whisky is housed in a vibrant earthy green flagon with a stunning design inspired by the natural colours of the verdant forests where Scottish oak is found. The inspiration continues on the gift box, depicting intricate illustrations synonymous with Scotland, such as striking landscapes and the iconic Strathisla Distillery, in the heart of Speyside, where all the most precious Royal Salute blends are safely kept.
